Winter Break Camp

The SOAC will be partnering with RoboThink to bring you an exciting Robotics themed Winter Break Camp this year!

For those who are unable to join us for Winter Break Camp but would still like to join the SOAC for a Robotics program, RoboThink will be on site for the following Public Programs as well:

December 16th - Battle Bots

Use dc motors, gears, axles and switches to build a robot to duel for you.  RoboThink instructors will give you everything you need to build the basics and then it's up to you to customize your bot to improve its performance.  May the best bot win!

February 17th - Robotics: Amusement Park Rides

Use dc motors, gears, axles and switches to build models of classic rides. RoboThink instructors will give you everything you need to build the basics for a Ferris Wheel, Bumper Car, and more

March 9th - Robotics: Battle Bots

Use dc motors, gears, axles and switches to build a robot to duel for you.  RoboThink instructors will give you everything you need to build the basics and then it's up to you to customize your bot to improve its performance.  May the best bot win!

Location: Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center, 100 Sam Ridley Pkwy E.  

Time: 10:00AM - 11:30AM                Cost: $30 per class            Ages: 8-13
