2008 Smyrna Special Census Online Form

We thank you for you time and effort in submitting the census information below. This special census will help us continue to keep property taxes low and allow the Town of Smyrna to maintain the highest level and quality of services residents and visitors come to expect.

Please include the street number in the first field. The other fields should contain your street address along with an apartment number, if appropriate. Please list all members of your household, including those that are temporarily away. Please include those at college or away on military duty, but who will be returning to live at this address.

Census Data Information for 2008

Tip: For the street name, press the first letter of your street name and it will jump to those streets. For example, if you live on Richland Ave, pressing "R" will jump to Ramsgate Ct and then it's a lot less scrolling to get to Richland Ave.

Also, please keep in mind that if you live on a street that begins with a direction such as North Hampton Court, the streets are listed with the direction before the street name. In other words, North Hampton Court is listed with the N's, not the H's.
