Fees/Fee Schedules
Building Permit Fees are:

Residential: .30 per square foot ($30 minimum)
Commercial: .30 per square foot ($100 minimum)
Industrial: .30 per square foot ($300 minimum)

Commercial, Industrial, and Multi Family Permits require a Plans Review Fee of ½ of the Permit Fee ($100 minimum and $5000 maximum).

All Commercial, Industrial, and Multi Family Building require a Site Plan approved by the Planning Commission before Permits Issued.
