The Property Maintenance
division’s purpose is to ensure that all buildings and
premises in the Town of Smyrna are maintained to
prescribed minimum standards. This is done to help
protect safety, health, and property values. The most
common issues that the division deals with are: high
grass (over 12” in height), improper storage of
vehicles, and general maintenance of buildings.
