Aerobics Classes are $3 each or they are included in the quarterly pass.

Classes are subject to change due to participation.

Age limits: 13-15 may attend with parent, 16 and over may attend without parent.

Definitions of classes:

Iyengar Yoga:
Emphasizes alignment and breath

Mat Challenge: A sculpting class using yoga, Pilates, & weights

Step: cardio class with benches

Yoga: A workout for both your mind and body

Zumba Dance: Cross-cultural dance workout

Ab-o-Tight: 30 minutes of nothing but core exercises

Core Strength: 30 minutes of exercises focusing on abs and back

20/20 Mix: A class for all levels, enjoy cardio, sculpting, and stretching exercises

Indoor Cycling: 45 minute class

Core Strength: 30 minutes of core strengthen exercises

Mat Pilates: Class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and essential to providing support for the spine.
