hold your event? The Smyrna Parks and Recreation Department offers many
beautiful parks to choose from. Each with picnic shelters and park
facilities that are ideal for hosting a variety of events. Whether it's a
family or company picnic, birthday party or business meeting, reserving a
park facility for your event has many advantages.
  Reservations
guarantee your group's exclusive use of a particular site.

Reservations are made on a "first come, first serve" basis. Call Parks and Recreation Office for rental rates and availability of sites at 615/459-9773
Where to make
Reservations:
Reservation
can be made in person at least three (3) business days prior to your event at the
Smyrna Town Centre Parks
Office, 100 Sam Ridley Parkway Smyrna, Tennessee 37167.
Payment of
rental fee is due
before a permit is issued.
Pavilion Fees:
(small family functions)
$25.00 for a half day
(8am - 2pm or 3pm - Close) per pavilion
$45.00 for all day (8am - Close) per pavilion
- Your permit must be taken with you as proof of reservation
- No playing fields are included in pavilion rentals.
- Ball Field User Fees are additional.
