LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Smyrna Beer Board
will conduct a public hearing at its regular monthly meeting
on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall relative
to the beer applications for the following businesses:
1. Beer application – Mi Tierra, LLC dba Mi Tierra Mexican
Restaurant, 579 Almaville Road, (Graciano Paramo) – on
premises permit
2. Beer application – Cheddar’s Casual Café, 955 Industrial

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town Council for the Town of Smyrna will hold a public
hearing on March 9, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Smyrna Town Hall,
315 South Lowry Street, in order to receive public opinion
prior to considering on second and final reading an
ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 09-21, adopting the
2009-2010 Fiscal Year Budget relative to insurance casualty
premiums.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town Council of the Town of Smyrna will hold a public
hearing March 9, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., Smyrna Town Hall, 315
South Lowry Street, Smyrna, TN, in order to receive public
opinion prior to considering on second and final reading an
amendment of the approved Planned Unit Development for Lenox
of Smyrna. The property requested to be rezoned contains
approximately 68.89 acres and is located west of Old
Nashville Highway south of Stewart Valley Drive.
