Lance is a lifetime resident of Smyrna.  He graduated from Smyrna High School in 1989.  He and his wife, Christie, have one daughter, Jessica.  Lance attended Nashville State Technical Institute majoring in mechanical engineering.  He currently serves on the Planning Commission and Smyrna Senior Citizens Board of Directors.  He owns and operates Quality Fabrication, Inc., a custom countertop business in Smyrna.  Prior to his endeavors in the home improvement industry, Lance was a lieutenant in the Smyrna Fire Department.
