LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Smyrna Beer Board
will conduct a public hearing at its regular monthly meeting
on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall
relative to the beer applications for the following
businesses:
1. La Esquina Alegre, Inc., 1311 Plaza Drive, (Jose R.
Medina) – on premises permit
2. Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport Authority, 278 Doug
Warpoole Rd., (John R. Black) –on premises permit
3. Smyrna Tobacco and Beer, 37 South Lowry Street, (Usama
Abdou Saad and Magdy Winged Georges) – off premises permit
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town Council for the Town of Smyrna will hold a public
hearing on May 10, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at Smyrna Town
Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, in order to receive public
opinion prior to considering on second and final reading an
amendment of the Town of Smyrna Municipal Code, Title 18
“Water and Sewers”, updating Chapter 2 “Sewer Use”.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town Council for the Town of Smyrna will hold a public
hearing on May 10, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at Smyrna Town
Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, in order to receive public
opinion prior to considering on second and final reading an
amendment of the Town of Smyrna Municipal Code, Title 7
“Fire Protection and Fireworks”, Chapter 6 “Automatic
Sprinklers”, Section 7-607 (8) “Automatic fire sprinkler
systems required”.
