| Smyrna Fire Department completed our first Hazardous Materials drill on Wednesday, August 28, 2002. This drill was conducted jointly with the following agencies : Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, Rutherford County Emergency Management Agency, Rutherford County Ambulance Service, Lavergne Utilities Department, Smyrna Fire Department, Smyrna Police Department, Smyrna Public Works, Smyrna Water Plant and Smyrna Street Department. The drill went as expected and was a good experience for all members of the Hazardous Materials Team. | ||
