Information
If
you wish to be represented by an attorney you
must:
{A} Hire an attorney at your own expense to
represent you;
{B}
If you can not afford an attorney, you may
petition the court to have a Public Defender
appointed to assist you. You must go to the
Court Clerk's Office at 400 Enon Springs
Road East,
within ten(10) business days of
your arrest to request a Public Defender
appointment form.
Witness
Information
(for trial)
If
you have a witness who needs to be subpoenaed:
1.
Contact the Court Clerk's Office at 355-5739, no
later than 3 days after your
arraignment.
2. You will need to supply the Clerk with a
name, address, and phone number of the witness.
A shirt with
a collar or a plain T-shirt is to be worn. The shirt is
to be buttoned. There is to be no writings or designs
on the clothing (except small pocket style print). The
shirt is to be long enough to remain tucked in
throughout the entire Court session. Pants/jeans are
not to have holes in them. They are to fit properly
around the waistline. They are not to be worn in a
baggy or low riding manner. If the pants or jeans have
belt loops, a belt must be worn. Shorts are not
allowed. Clothes are to be reasonably clean.
WOMEN:
Dresses, skirts,
jeans or pants can be worn. Dresses/skirts should be no
shorter than three inches above in the knee. Pants/jeans
must not have holes in them and must not be “form fitting”.
If the pants or jeans have belt loops, a belt is to be
worn. Shirts or blouses must be buttoned. No midriff
shall be exposed. Low cut, revealing, tight fitting tops
are inappropriate. Shorts are not allowed. Clothes are to
be reasonably clean.

ROPA (EXCEPTO SI ES UNA ESCRITURA PEQUEÑA EN EL BOLSILLO).
LA CAMISA DEBERÁ SER LO SUFICIENTEMENTE LARGA PARA QUE
PERMANEZCA POR DENTRO DURANTE TODA LA SESIÓN DE LA CORTE.
LOS PANTALONES NO DEBERÁN TENER NINGÚN AGUJERO. DEBERÁN DE
ESTAR BIEN PUESTOS EN LA CINTURA. NO DEBERÁN SER PUESTOS
COLGADOS BAJO LA CINTURA. SI LOS PANTALONES TIENEN PARA
PONERSE CINTURÓN, USTED DEBERÁ TENER UN CINTURÓN PUESTO.
PANTALONES CORTOS NO SON PERMITIDOS. LA VESTIMENTA DEBERÁ
ESTAR APROPIADAMENTE LIMPIA.
DAMAS:
TRAJES,
FALDAS Y PANTALONES PUEDEN SER USADO. TRAJES Y FALDAS
NO DEBERÁN SER MAS CORTO DE TRES PULGADAS ARRIBA DE LA
RODILLA. LOS PANTALONES NO DEBERÁN TENER NINGÚN AGUJERO.
SI LOS PANTALONES TIENEN PARA PONERSE CINTURÓN, USTED
DEBERÁ TENER UN CINTURÓN PUESTO. CAMISAS O BLUSAS
DEBERÁN TENER BOTONES. NO SE PERMITIRÁ EL ÁREA DEL
ESTOMAGO EXPUESTA. CAMISAS O BLUSAS CON ESCOTE,
REVELANTES O MUY AJUSTADAS SON INAPROPIADAS. PANTALONES
CORTOS NO SON PERMITIDOS. LA VESTIMENTA DEBERÁ ESTAR
