Smyrna Municipal Planning
Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Town Council to
ensure that all new residential, commercial, and industrial
developments meet the
guidelines
set forth in the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, Design
Review, Standard Building Code, Plumbing Code, and Gas Code to
safeguard neighborhoods, the community, and the investments of
citizens. The departments also provide mapping
assistance and coordinate the long range planning activities of
the Town of Smyrna."
