There is a ninety day notice required to cancel a wedding in the Ballroom. There is a thirty day notice to cancel all other functions. A guarantee is required three (3) working days prior to your function date. If the attendance for a function should drop below 75% of the original expected attendance, the Town Centre reserves the right to reassign your function to an appropriate room.
Meals for Under 50 ppl: If you have a meal for less than fifty (50) people you will need to choose from the platted dinner. Service charge of 20% and sales tax of 9.75% will be added to the final charge. |
