The Town of Smyrna is developing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. The Transition Plan will include an ADA compliance review of Town programs, services, activities, public buildings, parks, and pedestrian facilities within the Public Rights-of-Way. A public meeting will be held on August 27th beginning at 5:30pm at the Downtown Train Depot on Front Street in Smyrna. Those interested persons, including individuals with disabilities or organizations representing individuals with disabilities, are requested to participate in the development of Smyrna’s Transition Plan.

Comments & Plan Recommendations
Residents are welcome to provide comments on the proposed Transition Plan process prior to or after the public meeting. Comments for modifications to Town facilities, programs, services, and activities should be submitted to the Town’s ADA Coordinator.
