Beer Board (Monday, September 10th)

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Smyrna Beer Board will conduct public hearings at its regular monthly meeting on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall relative to the beer applications for the following businesses.

  • St. Luke Catholic Church, 10682 Old Nashville Highway (Bill Elliott) – special event permit
  • Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Smyrna, 2631 Highwood Blvd (Real Hospitality Group, LLC) – on premises permit
  • Hampton Inn & Suites, 2573 Highwood Blvd (Real Hospitality Group, LLC) – on premises permit

 

Annexation and Plan of Services (Tuesday, September 11th)

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Town Council of the Town of Smyrna, Tennessee, will be held in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, in said Town on the 11th day of September 2018, beginning at 5:00 o’clock p.m. for the purpose of considering Ordinance #18-24 to determine whether the territory indicated on the map which adjoins the present corporate boundaries, should be annexed and incorporated within the corporate limits of the said Town and to consider a proposed Plan of Services for the area.  Three (3) copies of the proposed Plan of Services are on file with the Town Planner of the Town of Smyrna in the Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, Smyrna, TN. and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.

Property Rezoning  (Tuesday, September 11th) 

The Town Council of the Town of Smyrna will hold a public hearing September 11, 2018 at 5:00 p.m., Smyrna Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, Smyrna, TN, in order to receive public opinion on rezoning of property located on Tax Map 34G, Group C, Parcel 14.01.

Rezoning requested for property located on Tax Map 34G, Group C, Parcel 14.01, requested by Steve Kroeger.  Bordered on the north by Map 34G, Group C, Parcel 15.00 and owned by Shirley Street Investments, LLC; on the east by Nissan Drive; on the south by Map 34G, Group C, Parcel 14.00, owned by Heritage South Community Credit Union; and on the west by Sgt. Asbury Hawn Way.  Total area requested to be rezoned PCD (Planned Commercial District) contains approximately .96 acre.
