Permit Fees
All Building Permit Fees, Impact Fees and Tap Fees are required to be paid at the time permit is issued. Each fee is required to be paid in full at the time of permit issuance. Impact Fee payment requires a separate check.
Contractor Information required for permit issuance:
- A current copy of State of Tennessee Contractor's License
- A current copy of Certificate of Insurance (with Workers Comp)
- A current copy of the Town of Smyrna Business Tax License OR Business License Release Form obtained from the Treasury Department (for further information on business tax license, please call 615-459-2553 extension 2506)
